9 maj 2024 kl. 09:47Placed an order of SEK 2200 yesterday to get food delivered as per my rental vacation in sweden. Food did not show up. Contacted the support both yesterday and today a several of times, refusing to assist, closing the chats and not replying to my emails. When replying they are accusing me, however I have not placed a single order with Foodora before. Literarlly the First time trying the company out on my visit here, but hey, just accuse the client and steal the money from me. Not even offering to contact the shop for me.
I do advise foodora to solve this properly right now. They have stolen sek 2200 for food not delivered and per this instant I will be forced to take legal action in case not solved.
